Stretch marks are long, narrow streaks or stripes that occur when the skin is stretched too quickly. While there are many treatments available one of the easiest is using coconut oil.

Cellulite is very common, but more so in women than men. It is found most often around thighs, hips, butt, and abdomen. Cellulite affects people in their teens and older. Anybody can have cellulite and it is only a problem if it bothers you to have it.

How to use COCONUT OIL to reduce cellulite


1. Consuming Coconut Oil Daily

No matter how strange this may sound, if you consume coconut oil daily you can actually reduce cellulite. Start by taking two or three teaspoons of coconut oil before working out which will speed the process of ketosis or fat burning.

2. Apply Coconut Oil To Your Body

Use it as a lotion or body oil daily. You can use it as a full body oil or apply it to just the affected areas. Slightly warming the oil and applying it in a massaging motion helps the coconut oil to be absorbed by the skin.

3. Dry Brushing And Coconut Oil
Apply a generous amount of coconut oil to the affected areas, then using a dry brush massage the area for some time which will help smooth out the cellulite.
The correct way to start is to take a hot shower then start the massage while the pores are still open. First target the higher lymph node areas like the armpits and groin and then move on to the outer parts of the body.

Mix organic or virgin coconut oil with pure essential oils like tangerine, grapefruit, orange and lemon oils. Depending on how much area is affected pour some coconut oil into a 50ml or 100ml container and add a few drops of the essential oil to it. ,it helps remove the fat from within and also the cellulite. The oils work on the fat fat cells, repairing and detoxifying the cells.

5. Coffee And Coconut Oil Body Scru

A popular method to reduce cellulite is to make a homemade coffee and coconut oil scrub. This scrub will also make your skin soft and smooth.

  1. Mix coconut oil with sugar and freshly brewed coffee grounds to make a natural scrub that will help reduce cellulite. The rough and raw texture of coffee and sugar will work as an exfoliate, opening up the clogged pores while coconut oil with ensure proper hydration in the skin. This mixture also stimulates proper lymph/blood flow in the body. Using warm coconut oil to make this mix is a good idea.
